Not all murders get solved—unless you’re PI Spencer Manning. Until now, perhaps. Spencer has two problems. The first is trying to ignore his upcoming birthday… his thirtieth. He’d like to disappear to his cabin and wait for that milestone to pass. But the case he is trying to walk away from suddenly draws him back when a simple favor leads to murder.
His second problem is that he has no clues, the list of suspects keeps growing, and despite his best efforts he is no closer to finding the killer than when he agreed to take the case.
At the ripe old age of thirty, he throws caution to the wind and adopts a bold new approach, one that may very well land him in jail. The result is his most challenging case yet.
